Indeed, Romain was born in Saint-Brieuc in November 1983. He lived in this area until he was 25 then went to Rennes and Versailles before returning around the age of 35. He then acquired a T3 at 42 which he completely renovated. Then with his new co-owner neighbors (x2), they completely renovated the co-ownership, a 270m² house from the 1930s divided into 4 properties in the 1970s.  He has lived in the co-ownership since then, which is practical for intervening and providing information; and seems appreciated.

What we liked most was that it was very clean and everything for a vacation was present. This includes a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and even a large fridge and freezer.
